Fakhreddin Doost-Mohammad, 45, had attended the event with five works about archeological sites and ways to preserve archeological stuff.
His prize-winning cartoon shows an Iranian woman who is sitting next to a foreign musician and plays music as if the carpet yarns were her musical instrument.
The work tries to illustrate that music exists in Iranian carpet.
